Indonesian Food Festival at Le Méridien Dhaka

Despite many common features between Bangladesh and Indonesia, two countries have some differences. To explore the real similarities and dissimilarities, one has to understand some certain aspects of these Asian countries. There is a saying that if you want to know a country taste its cuisines. Keeping that in mind, country’s one of the leading hotels Le Méridien Dhaka has arranged a ten day long Indonesian Food Festival, that will continue till 8 October. Iwan Wiranata-atmadja, Ambassador, Republic of Indonesia in Bangladesh, inaugurated the fest on 29 September. In his speech he thanked Le Méridien Dhaka for bringing his country’s food delicacies to the foodies of Bangladesh. He also invited all to visit the food fest to taste the authentic cuisines of Indonesia. Le Méridien Dhaka authority also expressed their gratitude to the Indonesian Ambassador. Master Chef Wayan Andi Pranata has come from Le Méridien Bali to prepare mouthwatering dishes in the fest. He is cooking Indonesian cuisines such as Nasi Goreng, Soto Betawi, Sate ayam, Nasi Kuning, and more. From the very first day, numerous foodies are attending the Indonesian Food Festival to get the authentic taste of Indonesia.
