To administer any issues in licensing and non-licensing for investment in Indonesia, the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) might be contacted.

On 26th January 2015, BKPM has inaugurated the One Stop Services (OSS) with the aim of creating a license quickly, simple, convenient, transparent and integrated where its process is centralized at one place so it is not necessary for investors to go to any Ministries or institutions, but just simply visit the OSS in BKPM.

To provide assurance in licensing and non-licensing service either online or offline, including further information regarding the Operational Standards and Procedures (OSPs), investors should easily access www.bkpm.go.id and might call the Contact Center Services at 0807-100-2576. Moreover, investors as well might monitor the process of licensing and non-licensing which has been submitted through https://spmdashboard.bkpm.go.id.
